Cancellation & rescheduling policy

Initial booking deposit

An initial deposit is required to confirm your booking. This is usually around 25% of the total booking amount, though a lower deposit may be agreed with Shivani. The exact deposit amount will be confirmed when you book.

The initial deposit is non-refundable, except if Shivani cancels the booking as described below.

Client cancellations

Cancellations are not allowed once a booking is confirmed. The initial booking deposit will not be refunded if you decide not to proceed with your booking.

Rescheduling your booking

Rescheduling is possible only if Shivani is available on your requested new date. A rescheduling charge applies. Contact Shivani to check availability and confirm the charge before changing your booking.

If the requested date is unavailable, the booking cannot be moved to that date.

If Shivani needs to cancel

If Shivani needs to cancel your booking, she will inform you at least 30 days before your event. All amounts you have paid, including the initial deposit, will be refunded in full.
